Bildung und Forschung werden darüber entscheiden, was wir aus dem digitalen Wandel machen.

Digital technologies are changing the world, our society, our economy, and our life—at great speed and irreversibly. Many experts think that particularly artificial intelligence might have greater significance than the taming of fire or the utilization of electricity. The consequences will leave almost no sector unaffected. The development holds numerous problems and dangers but also great chances to solve the problems of humankind. There is no stopping this development; we must face up to it and proactively create viable conditions to lead us into the future. Education and research will be decisive for what we make of the digital transformation.
